Workshop Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all half term workshops delivered by Wishful Events.

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s space.

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

2. Parent Supervision

Workshops are designed as parent-accompanied sessions.

A responsible adult must remain on site for the duration of the workshop.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s behaviour and safety at all times.

Wishful Events staff are present to guide and facilitate the creative activities.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable.

If Wishful Events needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Behaviour

Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other participants and materials.

As this is a shared creative environment, we ask that all families help maintain a calm and positive atmosphere.

5. Medical Information & Allergies

Parents must provide accurate medical and allergy information when booking.

As parents remain present, they are responsible for managing their child’s medical needs during the session.

While reasonable care is taken, Wishful Events cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

6. Safety

  • Workshops may involve craft tools and supervised heat-press equipment.

  • All heat-press machinery will be operated by trained adults only.

  • By booking, you acknowledge that craft activities carry minor risks (such as glue contact or small embellishments) and accept participation under supervision.

7. Photography

  • Photographs may be taken for promotional purposes unless consent has been declined on the registration form.

  • Children’s names will never be published alongside images.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Wishful Events cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

9. Data Protection

  • All personal information is stored securely and used solely for workshop administration and communication.
